A very funny thing happens on the way to this forum called The Naughty Show, which recently blew into Caroline’s on Broadway.

Anyone who remembers Joan Rivers nightclub act before she had her face tied in a knot behind her head and became a red-carpet stalking, Temazepam popping vulture regurgitating TV jobs down the waiting gullet of talentless doorstop/daughter Melissa will appreciate the vivid blue tone of this show

Conceived by Adult film entrepreneur Skye Blue along with blonde comic bombshell Lisa Ann Walter (War of the Worlds, Bruce Almighty, The Parent Trap) and Suzy Wong-ish vamp Kate Rigg (Chink-O-Rama, Law & Order, Family Guy), The Naughty Show gives a guided tour of the ladies locker room after a few (dozen) margaritas. And make no mistakes – they can make frat boys blush

Rigg acted as host for the live revue at Caroline’s in addition to performing her own set or as she calls it “Vaginally Feng Shui-ing the room.” How can you not love a woman with balls big enough to proclaim her excitement at the prospect of “talking about my pussy for the whole set!”

Lisa Ann Walter is a mother of four (“My vagina is a clown car!”) living in the Valley but is no dumpy house frau. In her cleavage hoisting Trashy Lingerie bustier she displays dead-on comic timing even when discussing subjects as varied as beauty queens and the finer points of cunnilingus.

Robin Montague (Showtime at the Apollo, The Chris Rock Show, In Living Color) gleefully adds just the right shot of Ghetto-Diva fabulousness. “They can’t find Osama but they found my cousin Clyde in North Carolina!” Watch out Wanda Sykes – you got competition!

Kim Cea – who acts as MC on the Eagle Rock Entertainment DVD - is not only Babe-ilicious but has the chops of a Broadway star (Smokey Joe’s Café, Newsical) and her comedy reflects it. Her take on uber-babe Cher is topped only by her impression of Alice Kramden to a bi-sexual Ralph in her rendition of “Honeymooners Porn.”

Self proclaimed domestic diva Stella Stolper (The Laugh Factory, The Riviera Las Vegas) gives desperate housewives a whole new meaning. “If I had killed my husband ten years ago instead of marrying him, I would be done with my jail sentence by now. Instead I am in the maximum security facility called home.” Need I say more?

A highlight of the show is Shayma Tash’s (The Tonight Show, Best Damn Sports Show Period) one-woman presentation of Survivor starring the aforementioned Joan Rivers, Gilbert Gottfried, Joe Pesci, Fran Drescher, Al Pacino and Julia Roberts. The price of the DVD is well worth this comic gem alone!
